CASTING OPPORTUNTIES FOR ACTORS
DramaWorks Casting Agency represents children, young actors and adults. With many movies, series and commercials being made in Hungary there are opportunities to audition and gain valuable experience working on screen.

To register with us and receive notifications about future castings you may be suitable for, then please complete our registration form. We also require a headshot which you can upload at the end of the form. You can also share a link to your showreel, IMBD or Spotlight if applicable.
As an agency we:
-Work closely with casting directors and our clients
-Are in contact with independent / student film producers
-Have knowledge of working regulations for children
-Support actors throughout the audition process
-Can offer professional training in acting and auditioning
Although we cannot guarantee to find work for every actor, many of our candidates have received roles in major productions such as ‘Modi’, ‘The Witcher’, ‘Silver’, ‘Treadstone’ and ‘FBI International’ along with commercials and animations.
Working in Hungary:
Over age 18yrs:
You must have the legal right to work in Hungary and have a Hungarian tax number. We can employ actors and accept invoices. If you need advice in how to get a tax number or your work status, we are happy to help or recommend a service provider.
Teens age 16-17yrs:
Teenagers aged 16-17yrs can work in Hungary with parental permission.
Children up to age 15yrs:
Children under the age of 16yrs who work as a child actor in Hungary must be reported to the child protection authorities 15 days before they start work. This must be done each time you accept a job. We will support you throughout this process. We ask you to make sure your child’s documents are up to date (Tax no. ID, Address card, Health Card). They need to be a Hungarian / EU citizen to make the permit.
If your child is a third country national it may be difficult for them to work legally, you should contact the relevant authority in your home country and immigration.
Working hours for minors are according to the Hungarian labour code.
